Dear David,
In October 2009, we purchased our first hot tub spa, a Sundance Hartford, from National Pools and Spas. From the start, we loved everything about it. It was easy to maintain, it performed as expected, and it was very enjoyable and relaxing.
However, it wasn't until this past week with the blizzard snow storm, that we fully appreciated how well constructed our Hartford Spa was. We received about two feet of snow and experienced temperatures in the low 20's, when unfortunately we lost our electricity. From 7:00 pm until 9:00 am the next morning, we worried that we were going to lose our hot tub spa due to frozen and broken pipes. After fourteen hours with no electric power, our Sundance Spa lost only six degrees! The temperature of the water in the tub dropped from 103 degrees to 97 degrees. When our electricity finally came on, and we saw that the insulation held the heat, we were amazed. We turned the tub on and were ecstatic to find that everything was working perfectly! The insulation did its job and we couldn't have been happier.
Needless to say, we are impressed and very proud to own a Sundance Spa. We know that we made the right decision in choosing Sundance. Thank you for an excellent product that lives up to its promise. We couldn't be happier!"

Thank you for taking my email and correspondence. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment one of your employees/sales personnel, namely - Jay. He recently sold me a Chelsea spa. I found Jay to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely interested in my needs and wants. He explained in detail the differences in the carious hot tub models, including advantages and disadvantages. Jay spent a lot of time with me, and did not seem to be bothered by all the questions and concerns that I had. I explained to Jay that a hot tub purchase was a big investment,k and that i wanted to make sure I had all the facts, and made the right decision. He pit all my doubts and worries to rest. Jay explained to me all aspects of a hot tub, the differences in hot tubs, and how each of the controls works.
Prior to meeting Jay, I had checked with several of your competitors. I found your store to be the most impressive, and the cleanest. Other stores and dealers did not offer the type of hot tub that my budget could accommodate. I was not impressed with the quality of the competitors products either.
After the purchase of my new spa, I telephoned your store for follow-up advice and pointers on keeping the spa clean and the water clear. I found that all personnel that I had contact with were polite, extremely helpful, and had my satisfaction at heart. Any questions I had were answered and handled accordingly.

He should be considered a valuable and dedicated employee. Again, I was totally impressed with Jay's honesty, knowledge, and genuine interest he took in my hot tub purchase."

While shopping for a spa, I was cognizant of the fact that I was not just buying a spa; I was also buying the dealer who sold the spa. Your employees are truly an asset to their profession and Hohne as a whole. They deserve recognition for their positive efforts.
