If you're not satisfied with your poolandwater.com purchase, you may return within 30 days of the original purchase date. The following options apply:
- If the Product(s) are New & Unopened, they may be returned with a full refund (minus a 20% restocking fee & handling charge) or exchange.
- If the Product(s)are Opened, you may return at your expense for a partial refund or exchange (minus 20% restorcking fee & handling charge).
- Poolandwater.com will determine the amount based on the conditions of the package.
There are No Refunds or Exchanges if:
- The item(s) have been used.
- The current date is 30 days after the original purchase date.

Additional charges may apply for shipmetns ouside the contiguous 48 States. Poolandwater.com delivers all orders via ground shipping using UPS, USPS, FedEx or a freight carrier dependent upon the weight and dimensions of the product.
The product will be shipped from various distribution points across the country based on the most expeditious process. You will receivfe an estimated time of delivery at the check out process. All of our ground shipments will arrive in 4 - 6 Business days.
The dates listed on our product pages are estimated dates and do not take into account backordered product and seasonal delays. You will be notified by our customer service representatives if we are unable to make same day or next day deliveries.
